（十九歳から中型免許等を受けることができる者）第三十二条の八法第八十八条第一項第一号の十九歳から中型自動車免許を受けることができる政令で定める者及び同条第二項の十九歳から中型自動車仮運転免許を受けることができる政令で定める者は、次に掲げる者とする。一自衛官二中型自動車の運転に必要な適性に関する教習であつて公安委員会が国家公安委員会規則で定めるところにより指定した課程により行うものを修了した者（第三十四条第十一項各号に掲げる者を除く。）
