出発地警察署長が当該車両の構造又は道路若しくは交通の状況により支障がないと認めて積載重量等を限つて許可をしたときは、車両の運転者は、前二項の規定にかかわらず、当該許可に係る積載重量等の範囲内で当該制限を超える積載をして車両を運転することができる。
