（最低速度）第七十五条の四自動車は、法令の規定によりその速度を減ずる場合及び危険を防止するためやむを得ない場合を除き、高速自動車国道の本線車道（政令で定めるものを除く。）においては、道路標識等により自動車の最低速度が指定されている区間にあつてはその最低速度に、その他の区間にあつては政令で定める最低速度に達しない速度で進行してはならない。
