（令４公安告53・追加）注２　一般原動機付自転車…二輪のもの及び内閣総理大臣が指定する三輪以上のものにあつては、総排気量については50cc以下（二輪のもののうち、構造上出すことができる最高出力が4.0キロワット以下の原動機を有するものにあつては、125cc以下）、定格出力については０.60キロワット以下、その他のものにあつては、総排気量については　20cc以下、定格出力については０.25キロワット以下の総排気量又は定格出力を有する原動機付自転車であつて、特定小型原動機付自転車に該当するもの以外のものをいいます。
