免許証等の更新を受けようとする者で更新期間が満了する日における年齢が七十歳以上のものは、更新期間が満了する日前六月以内にその者の住所地を管轄する公安委員会が行つた第百八条の二第一項第十二号に掲げる講習を受けていなければならない。ただし、当該講習を受ける必要がないものとして政令で定める者は、この限りでない。
