普通自動車対応免許が取り消され、又は失効したとき、第一項第三号に規定する事由がなくなつたときその他内閣府令で定める事由が生じたときは、速やかに、当該高齢運転者等標章をその者の住所地を管轄する公安委員会に返納しなければならない。
