当該許可に係る車両が、指定された場所及び方法で、指定された駐車を開始することができる時刻から駐車を終了すべき時刻までの間において駐車を開始したときは、当該車両及びその運転者については、前二条（第四十九条の三第一項を除く。）の規定は、適用しない。
