（消防用車両の優先等）第四十一条の二交差点又はその付近において、消防用車両（消防用自動車以外の消防の用に供する車両で、消防用務のため、政令で定めるところにより、運転中のものをいう。以下この条及び第七十五条の二十二第二項において同じ。）が接近してきたときは、車両等（車両にあつては、緊急自動車及び消防用車両を除く。）は、交差点を避けて一時停止しなければならない。
