交通整理の行なわれている交差点に入ろうとする車両等は、その進行しようとする進路の前方の車両等の状況により、交差点（交差点内に道路標識等による停止線が設けられているときは、その停止線をこえた部分。以下この項において同じ。）に入つた場合においては当該交差点内で停止することとなり、よつて交差道路における車両等の通行の妨害となるおそれがあるときは、当該交差点に入つてはならない。
