２前項後段の規定により報告を受けた最寄りの警察署の警察官は、負傷者を救護し、又は道路における危険を防止するため必要があると認めるときは、当該報告をした運転者に対し、警察官が現場に到着するまで現場を去つてはならない旨を命ずることができる。
