（平29公安告63・全改、令４公安告53・旧１繰下・一部改正、令５公安告15・一部改正） ３ 遠隔操作を行わないで遠隔操作型小型車を通行させている人遠隔操作型小型車は、人又は物の運送の用に供するための原動機を用いる小型の車であつて、遠隔操作により通行させることができるもののうち、車体の大きさ及び構造が（１） の基準を満たすものであり、かつ、（２）の基準を満たす非常停止装置を備えているものをいいます。
