（通学通園バス）第二十六条の三法第七十一条第二号の三の政令で定める自動車は、車両の保安基準に関する規定で定めるところにより、専ら小学校、中学校、義務教育学校、特別支援学校、幼稚園、幼保連携型認定こども園、保育所又は児童福祉法（昭和二十二年法律第百六十四号）第六条の三第十項に規定する小規模保育事業若しくは同条第十二項に規定する事業所内保育事業を行う施設（次項において「小学校等」という。）に通う児童、生徒又は幼児の運送を目的とする自動車である旨を表示しているものをいう。
