At an intersection without traffic signals, you may obstruct vehicles on the crossing road even when that road is clearly wider than the road you are on.

Explanation

Article 36(2) says you must NOT obstruct vehicles on the crossing road when that road is a priority road or is clearly wider than yours. You have to yield, not push through.
