（４） 特例特定小型原動機付自転車は、歩道に特例特定小型原動機付自転車・普通自転車歩道通行可の標識（付表３（１）29）や標示（付表３（２）21の２、22）がある場合に限り、歩道の車道寄りの部分（歩道に白線と自転車の標示（付表３（２）22）がある場合は、それによつて指定された部分）を通ることができます。
