（三以上の車両通行帯が設けられている場合の通行方法）第九条法第二十条第一項ただし書の規定による自動車の通行方法は、法第二十二条第一項の規定により当該道路において定められている自動車の最高速度より著しくおそい速度で通行し、このため他の自動車の通行を妨げることとなる場合を除き、当該道路の左側部分（当該道路が一方通行となつているときは、当該道路）の最も右側の車両通行帯以外の車両通行帯を通行するものとする。
