（仮運転免許を受けた者の同乗指導をすることができる者）第三十二条の六法第八十七条第二項後段の政令で定める者は、法第九十九条の三第一項に規定する教習指導員の業務としての自動車の運転に関する技能の教習（第三十五条及び第四十三条第三項において「技能教習」という。）に従事する場合における教習指導員（運転免許の効力が停止されている者を除く。）とする。
