Definition
Chusha (parking) is a continuous stop for reasons such as waiting for a fare or cargo, loading or unloading, or a breakdown — but loading/unloading that takes 5 minutes or less, and stopping to let people on or off, are excluded. That 5-minute line is a favourite exam trap.
On the test
True/false example: "Stopping to load or unload cargo does not count as parking as long as it does not exceed 10 minutes." — False. The line is 5 minutes, not 10.
