カ 両耳の聴力が補聴器を用いても10メートルの距離で90デシベルの警音器の音が聞こえない程度の聴覚障害のあることを理由に免許に条件を付されている運転者が準中型自動車又は普通自動車を運転するときは、その車の前と後ろの定められた位置に聴覚障害者マーク（付表５（５））を付けていること。
