６中型免許を受けた者（大型免許を現に受けている者を除く。）で、二十一歳に満たないもの又は大型免許、中型免許、準中型免許、普通免許若しくは大型特殊免許のいずれかを受けていた期間（当該免許の効力が停止されていた期間を除く。）が通算して三年に達しないものは、第二項の規定にかかわらず、政令で定める中型自動車又は準中型自動車を運転することはできない。
