（自転車道の通行区分）第六十三条の三車体の大きさ及び構造が内閣府令で定める基準に適合する自転車で、他の車両を牽引していないもの（以下この節において「普通自転車」という。）は、自転車道が設けられている道路においては、自転車道以外の車道を横断する場合及び道路の状況その他の事情によりやむを得ない場合を除き、自転車道を通行しなければならない。
