一車両総重量（道路運送車両法（昭和二十六年法律第百八十五号）第四十条第三号に掲げる車両総重量をいう。以下同じ。）が二千キログラム以下の車両をその車両の車両総重量の三倍以上の車両総重量の自動車で牽引する場合四十キロメートル毎時二前号に掲げる場合以外の場合三十キロメートル毎時２前項の内閣府令で定める大きさ以下の原動機を有する普通自動二輪車又は原動機付自転車が他の車両を牽引して道路を通行する場合の最高速度は、前条の規定にかかわらず、二十五キロメートル毎時とする。
