３特定小型原動機付自転車（原動機付自転車のうち第二条第一項第十号ロに該当するものをいう。以下同じ。）、二輪又は三輪の自転車その他車体の大きさ及び構造が自転車道における他の車両の通行を妨げるおそれのないものとして内閣府令で定める基準に該当する車両（これらの車両で側車付きのもの及び他の車両を牽引しているものを除く。）以外の車両は、自転車道を通行してはならない。
