道路法第四十六条第三項の規定に基づき、道路法施行令（昭和二十七年政令第四百七十九号）第十九条の十三第一項各号に掲げる危険物で道路法施行規則（昭和二十七年建設省令第二十五号）第四条の十の規定により公示されたものを積載する車両の通行を禁止すること。
