道路法第四十六条第一項の規定に基づき、又は交通法第八条第一項の道路標識により、二輪の自動車（道路交通法施行規則（昭和三十五年総理府令第六十号）第二条の表備考の規定により二輪の自動車とみなされ、かつ、同表の大型自動二輪車又は普通自動二輪車に区分される三輪の自動車を含む。以下同じ。）以外の自動車の通行を禁止すること。
