交通法第八条第一項の道路標識により、専ら人を運搬する構造の大型自動車（以下「大型乗用自動車」という。）以外の大型自動車、車両総重量が八千キログラム以上、最大積載量が五千キログラム以上又は乗車定員が十一人以上の中型自動車（以下「特定中型自動車」という。）で専ら人を運搬する構造のもの（以下「特定中型乗用自動車」という。）以外のもの及び大型特殊自動車（以下この項において「大型貨物自動車等」という。）の通行を禁止すること。
